By ferry
Take a ferry to Üsküdar. Ferries run from Eminönü, Karaköy and Beşiktaş all day and the crossing is short. From the Üsküdar pier it is about a fifteen minute walk south along the shore to Salacak.

By metro or Marmaray
Üsküdar is on the M5 metro line and on Marmaray. Both drop you in the middle of Üsküdar. From there walk down to the water and follow the shore road south with the sea on your right.
On foot along the shore
The walk from Üsküdar square to Salacak follows the water the whole way. The Maiden's Tower stays in view for most of it. When you can see the tower straight ahead of you, the harbour is right there.
By taxi or car
Ask for the Salacak fishing harbour on Harem Sahil Yolu. Parking along the shore road is limited, especially at weekends, so the ferry is usually easier.
